We can prepare architectural drawings and applications for Planning Submission and Building Regulations approval for all types of buildings from extensions and alterations to existing buildings to completely new build. 

Acting as your 'agent' Clover Design takes the hassle and the worry out of making applications, negotiating pre-application enquiries when required, filling in all the forms on your behalf, submitting the applications and managing them to the point of handing over your decision notices.

 

Clover Design is registered with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and carry professional indemnity insurance to the value of one million pounds and are bound by the CIAT code of conduct.
